the original is a simple graphic of a parent holding the hand of a child.

too long

its been forever since i posted those first two polaroids, promising more to come soon.

well here are a few more.

this last one was a camel driver i met at saqqara on our last day in egypt.

he saw me taking polaroids and asked me to take one of him for his holiday card.

i agreed as long as i got to take one for myself as well.

what followed was many photographs on several cameras with a whole group of camel drivers, they seemed to get a kick out of my camera, and the present of polaroid pictures was enough to dispense with baksheesh for a few moments.

home again, home again

the very tip of the iceberg on my trip photos.

i brought my digital with me, but also lugged around my polaroid land camera.

still processing the whole trip in my head, what an amazing and daze inducing two weeks.

filled with fun, family, adventure (in the good and bad sense), and sadness.

some how november just skipped right past me and all of a sudden its the middle of december.

here are some of my favorites from my all polaroid thanksgiving.

i got a flash for my sx-70 and had so much fun taking nighttime, inside pictures.

i'm sure all the people i blinded were less then thrilled. holy bright light.
